    The problem

    The park's internal processes lived in parallel spreadsheets with no single source of truth — and no internal IT team to take on a system that would unify them.

    What I did

    • I lead end to end the system that unifies the company's internal processes, replacing spreadsheet control with a centralized platform — from requirements gathering and architecture through interface design.
    • I set up the development, staging and production environments and maintain the CI/CD pipelines on GitLab, with containerized delivery in Docker.
    • I sustain a complete system single-handedly using AI-assisted development, defining architecture and context before generation and reviewing every output before integrating it — acting as the single technical point of contact, with no internal IT team on the client side.

    The problem

    Small clinics run scheduling, records and billing across disconnected tools, and any system that brings them together answers for sensitive health data from its first line.

    What I did

    • I founded and technically lead the product, defining architecture, roadmap and stack for a clinic management system.
    • I assembled and coordinate the team and develop alongside it, distributing work in agile cycles and running code review.
    • I defined the delivery infrastructure and own data modeling, the security of sensitive health information and the system's compliance with Brazil's data protection law.

    The problem

    Tracking the social projects and contracts signed with partner institutions required a platform of its own, and the inherited Vue.js front-end could not sustain the pace of new screens the programme demanded.

    What I did

    • I develop front-end and back-end of the NCNH Grants Manager, the platform that manages social projects and contracts signed with UNOPS partner institutions.
    • I took part in migrating the front-end from Vue.js to Next.js with TypeScript, building reusable components that standardized new screens and cut rework across the team's deliveries.
    • I maintain the CI/CD pipelines on GitLab and the development, staging and production environments, including deploy-time optimization and VM administration over SSH.

    The problem

    Quotes, inspections, installations and maintenance were controlled in separate spreadsheets, each operation with its own rules and no view of the whole — with six people needing to work in the same codebase.

    What I did

    • I technically led a team of six building the company's proprietary system, owning architecture, task breakdown and delivery quality.
    • I built from scratch the platform that centralizes quotes, inspections, installations, maintenance and the management of operators and field agents — each operation with its own flow — digitizing processes previously controlled in spreadsheets.
    • I set up CI/CD pipelines on GitLab with Docker and environment separation, plus code and review standards that cut rework and sped up onboarding for new developers.

    The problem

    The new pharmaceutical assistance system for Brazil's public health service was going live at national scale, and monitoring medication dispensing depended on reports consolidated by hand.

    What I did

    • I administered the PostgreSQL database of the new pharmaceutical assistance system for Brazil's public health service, at national scale.
    • I single-handedly built the four analytical dashboards in Apache Superset for monitoring medication dispensing, replacing manually consolidated reports.
    • I optimized critical SQL queries, cutting load time for the operational reports.

    The problem

    Payment releases went through thirty hours a week of manual checking, and data from more than two thousand municipalities sat scattered with no common database to query.

    What I did

    • I automated the payment release flow in SQL Server with triggers, functions and stored procedures, eliminating thirty hours a week of manual checking.
    • I structured the database that consolidated data from more than two thousand municipalities and built Apache Superset dashboards used by ten managers in decision-making.

Software engineer from the University of Brasília, with four years building end-to-end systems for Brazilian federal agencies, international organizations and private companies — among them the Ministry of Health, UNOPS and ADASA.
